Awning Frame Repair

Minor repair and adjustment of commercial awning frames and hardware.

Black awning frames and wall mounts above storefront glazing

When an awning starts to sag, sit crooked, or drum against the wall in the wind, the cover is usually not the problem. It is a loose wall bracket, a rusted fastener, or a bent bar that has taken a knock.

A cover stretched over an out-of-square frame wears out early and unevenly, so frame work comes before fabric work. We handle the repairs and adjustments that keep a frame straight and properly anchored.

What it covers

  • 01Loose, corroded and missing fasteners replaced
  • 02Bent bars straightened, cracked joints repaired or reinforced
  • 03Wall brackets and anchors checked and re-secured
  • 04Frame squared and levelled so the cover tensions evenly

Most awnings can be assessed from a couple of clear photos — one of the whole awning and one close up on the damage. Call or email and you will get a straight answer on whether it is a clean, a repair or a recover.
