San Diego County · Commercial only

Your awning is thebiggest signyou own.

We repair, clean and restore commercial awnings across San Diego County — storefronts, restaurants, entrance canopies and covered walkways. Work happens on site, usually outside your trading hours, and almost always for a fraction of what replacement costs.

Same awnings. One morning of work.

Cleaned in place — nothing removed, nothing replaced, the tenant stayed open.

Local conditions

Awnings age faster here than the fabric warranty suggests.

San Diego is a harder environment for awning fabric than the spec sheets assume. Four things do most of the damage, and knowing which ones apply to your building is how you work out the right maintenance interval.

Read the maintenance guides
  • Salt air

Coastal salt sits in the weave and holds moisture against the fabric.

  • Marine layer

Fabric stays damp until mid-morning, which is exactly what mildew wants.

  • High UV

Seam thread dies years before the fabric it is holding together.

  • Kitchen exhaust

Airborne grease grips dirt and then feeds organic growth.

Recent work

Restaurants, storefronts and entrance canopies.

Printed graphics, backlit vinyl, striped acrylic and plain shed covers all need different handling. The photos page shows the kind of work we take on and what changes after a visit.

Most awnings can be assessed from a couple of clear photos — one of the whole awning and one close up on the damage. Call or email and you will get a straight answer on whether it is a clean, a repair or a recover.
